3 medium apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
1 Sweet Tart Crust (unbaked)
3 tbsp cinnamon sugar
1/4 cup apricot jam, melted
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Thinly slice the peeled apples and arrange in the tart shell.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Bake for half an hour.
Smear melted jam over baked apples.
Bake again until golden. Approx. 8 minutes.
Serve warm.
